  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously grow a healthy pipeline of accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations and coordinate the onboarding of new clients.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed Client SLAs.
