Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Sales and Business Development for the IT services industry across international geographies.
  • Generating business through lead generation, online bidding on online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, social media, and other creative methods.
  • Writing Technical Proposals, RFP, BRD, FRD, dealing with clients, and winning bids or getting projects is a must.
  • Lead Management: Prospecting, Qualification, Nurturing, and Follow-up.
  • Team Handling and Sales: Handling the pre-sales team and working on the complete sales cycle, including the post-sales.
  • Achieving individual monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Should be able to generate leads through Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, E- e-mail, etc.
