Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is part of the Sales & Business Development team for Greco Architectural Metal Products, a CSW Industrials company. This role is responsible for driving measurable sales growth for Greco Architectural Metal Products in Ontario, with approximately 80% focus on the GTA. The role is centered on direct contractor engagement, project identification, bid pursuit, and award conversion. Success in this role is defined by tangible outcomes— increased bid invitations, higher award rates, and sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a “boots‑on‑the‑ground” and hunter sales mindset, is comfortable working jobsites and contractor offices, and demonstrates persistence, follow‑up discipline, and accountability for results.

Compensation & Benefits
