Business Development Support

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Support to strengthen our growing impact in Malaysia. If you’re someone who enjoys supporting strategic efforts, ensuring operational follow-through, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes - this role might be a great fit.

You’ll work closely with our BD Consultant and internal teams to generate leads, coordinate proposals, prepare pitch materials, manage CRM updates, and help ensure that our partnerships and pipeline activities are well-tracked and on course.

You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team where your contribution is visible and valued. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to grow your responsibilities - and even transition into a consultant or managerial role as you prove your capabilities.
