Job Description

SDR's are responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. The role focuses on initiating conversations, qualifying prospects against agreed criteria, and booking meetings for Account Executives or senior sales staff. You will use our online systems to call remotely on behalf of a variety of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with demonstrable exposure to cold calling, email outreach, and basic prospect research. They should possess strong spoken and written English, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior decision-makers, and a solid understanding of the purpose of an SDR role (initiating conversations and qualifying opportunities rather than closing sales). The role requires comfort with high-volume activity, frequent rejection, and structured targets, alongside familiarity with CRM systems and diallers, accurate data entry, and disciplined follow-up. Above all, the candidate must be coachable, resilient, and able to apply feedback quickly in a remote working environment.
