Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders) using various tools and databases.

Outreach:

Conduct cold calls, emails, and social selling to connect with prospects and introduce our services.

Qualification:

Determine if leads match ideal client profiles and have genuine needs for title/escrow services.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and experienced Account Executives.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate professional relationships with real estate professionals to become a trusted resource.

Market Research:

Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and new services to refine outreach.

CRM Management:

Accurately log all activities, contacts, and opportunities in the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing on campaigns and sales with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, motivated, and resilient.

Organized with excellent time management.

Understanding of the real estate/title industry (or a strong desire to learn).

Proficiency with CRM software.

Must have an established book of business and be a HUNTER - Base salary with GREAT commission structure.
