  • Make outbound calls to student and parent leads generated through digital platforms
  • Explain EdTech course offerings (online/offline/hybrid), syllabus, duration, and fee details
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions
  • Schedule counselling/demo sessions with academic or admissions teams
  • Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM/Excel sheets
  • Support admission campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Handle inbound calls related to course enquiries and admissions
  • Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets
  • Ensure professional, polite, and student-friendly communication

SKILLS

  • Good convincing and follow-up skills
  • Experience in EdTech admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
