Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to grow distributor networks
    • Identify, recruit, and support key leaders and strategic partners
    • Analyze market trends, competitor models, and distributor performance data
    • Collaborate with management to optimize compensation plans and incentives
    • Support country or regional launches and expansion initiatives
  • Training & Leadership Development
    • Design and deliver structured MLM training programs (online & offline)
    • Train distributors on:
      • Product knowledge
      • Business opportunity presentation
      • Duplication systems
      • Leadership & team management
    • Develop onboarding systems for new distributors
    • Coach top leaders to improve team productivity and retention
