Job Title: Business Development/Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Pacific

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to Compliance Officers, General Counsel, Operations Managers, and Tax Professionals.
  • Deliver value-driven sales pitches , handle objections, and qualify leads for demo bookings.
  • Research and build your outbound pipeline using LinkedIn, RocketReach, and other prospecting tools.
  • Support calls with follow-up emails and multichannel outreach to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Dynamics, track sales activity, and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Report on key metrics, including call volume, demo bookings, and conversion rates.
