Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across different SME sectors
- Fluent in Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Arrange client meetings, present digital marketing services, and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare service proposals and quotations aligned with client needs
- Close deals, follow through on contracts, and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
