Job Description
Broker engagement:
+ Active management to negotiate portfolio retention with LOB.
+ Support in the implementation of new products.
+ Support in the Business project development for specific segments.
Business as usual:
+ Support to send renewal conditions.
+ Management of BPM quotation promises (tracking tool).
+ Management and consolidation of broker requirements regarding process of the supporting areas: CPS, Collections, Claims, etc.
+ Quotation follow-up and feedback record.
+ High level of internal negotiation with lines of business for closing business.
+ Report generation:
+ Monthly Forecast with Renewal business
+ Prospecting new business - pipelines with assigned broker...
