- Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as the single point of accountability for business satisfaction

- Translate business needs into service requirements for the Global Finance Office
- Participate in business planning cycles to anticipate demand
- Influence leaders to adopt shared services solutions instead of shadow functions
- Stakeholder communication & governance
- Run service review meetings & periodic business reviews
- Report on KPIs, customer satisfaction, and value delivered
- Escalate and resolve chronic service issues
- Educate the business on how to use the Shared Services effectively
