Day to Day

• Operational Excellence
  • Participate in cross‑functional workshops and support the Business Excellence Team to problem‑solve and document processes/opportunities that improve customer and employee experience.
  • Support the Business Excellence Team to automate processes using digital tools such as Robotic Process Automation and AI to significantly enhance customer experience.
  • Learn active listening skills, exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, and real‑world structured problem‑solving using Lean Six Sigma tools.
