Job Description: Business Excellence Consultant / Assistant Manager Payroll: Creative Lipi Client: Government Client Location: Bhubaneswar Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Role Overview Looking to hire an experienced Business Excellence professional for the position of Consultant / Assistant Manager. The role involves full-time deployment at a Government client location in Bhubaneswar. The incumbent will drive Business Excellence initiatives, implement global excellence frameworks, and support continuous improvement programs at the client site. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and deployment of Business Excellence frameworks such as EFQM, Deming, MBNQA, CII-EXIM, CMMi, ISO, or equivalent. Drive process excellence, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across functions. Execute and support Lean Six Sigma projects, Kaizen, and benchmarking initiatives. Manage ISO-related activities, audits, documentation, and compliance requirements. Apply methodologies including TQM, TPM, BPR, TOC, TRIZ, 5S, and Kaizen. Promote innovation, suggestion schemes, and knowledge management (KM) practices. Conduct training sessions and workshops on Business Excellence tools and concepts. Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and client stakeholders. Work closely with client teams to ensure effective execution and sustainability of improvement initiatives. Requirements Eligibility & Qualification Criteria Total Experience: Minimum 7+ years, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Excellence. Certification: Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Engineering any discipline) OR MBA Preferred: EFQM Certification or strong working knowledge of EFQM model. Framework Experience: Prior hands-on implementation experience in EFQM / Deming / MBNQA / CII-EXIM / CMMi / ISO or other reputed Business Excellence frameworks in India or abroad.
