Responsibilities

  • Laise with the client and subsequently produce and maintain the necessary documentation to accurately outline and communicate specifications and requirements to the development team.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, formulate and implement solutions while transcribing/archiving these into documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between client and development teams, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
