  • Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year, plus bonus/incentives

Role Summary

Smile Tiger is looking for a hands‑on General Manager to lead daily café operations while helping grow the brand. This role is floor‑forward: you'll run service, support baristas, coach the team, and own standards around guest experience, cleanliness, and consistency. You'll also build knowledge of our coffee roasting program and help bring the brand to life as we expand the brand to more units this year.
