Role Overview
The Business Head – Electronics & Semiconductor will lead the development, scaling, and long-term strategic direction of JK Paper's entry and expansion into the electronics and semiconductor ecosystem. The role requires a deep understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing, substrates, OSAT, semiconductor components, government incentive schemes (PLI/DLI/ISM 2.0), and global supply-chain dynamics. The leader will drive partnerships, P&L, technology roadmap, operations setup, and stakeholder engagement with government bodies, OEMs, anchor customers, and JV/technology partners.

1. Strategy & Business Leadership
Define the
5–10 year strategic roadmap
for JK's electronics & semiconductor vertical.
Identify the right value-chain plays:
PCB, HDI, IC substrates, OSAT, components, compound semiconductors (SiC/GaN), ATMP , etc.
Develop the
investment thesis
for each opportunity, with business cases,...
