Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head to lead and scale our staffing business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the staffing and recruitment industry , with a proven track record in business growth, client acquisition, revenue management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall P&L of the staffing business unit
• Define and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Build, manage, and grow key enterprise and strategic client accounts
• Oversee end-to-end staffing operations including delivery, account management, and compliance
• Drive new business development through client acquisition and account expansion
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing recruitment and account management teams
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Track and analyze business metrics, forecasts, and performance reports
• Collaborate with leadership to align staffing strategy with organizational goals

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in IT and/or Non-IT staffing (contract & permanent staffing)
• Proven experience in revenue growth, P&L management, and strategic planning
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent people management and leadership capabilities
• In-depth understanding of staffing compliance, labor laws, and vendor management
