Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead mandate-driven real estate business across developer projects and brokerage/IPC mandates .

The role requires strong P&L ownership , end-to-end sales strategy, operations management , and developer & channel partner relationship management .

The ideal candidate will have exposure to both developer-side project sales and brokerage / mandate acquisition , capable of scaling business and delivering profitability across multiple projects and regions .


Key Responsibilities

Mandate & Developer Business Management

  • Acquire, manage, and execute exclusive / semi-exclusive mandates from developers and landowners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and institutional clients .
  • Negotiate mandate terms, exclusivity, and performance-based agreements.
  • Manage project portfolio including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments .

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute sales strategy across developer projects and broker mandates.
  • Drive sales teams and channel partners / brokers to achieve revenue and booking targets.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, sales forecasting, and conversion efficiency .
  • Monitor sales funnels, site operations, broker performance, and lead generation pipelines.

Operations & Governance

  • Ensure smooth execution from mandate acquisition / project onboarding to delivery .
  • Coordinate across marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams .
  • Implement SOPs, dashboards, MIS reports , and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

P&L Ownership

  • End-to-end profit and loss responsibility for mandate sales and project execution.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost control, and revenue forecasts .
  • Optimize marketing spends, brokerage payouts, operational expenses, and ROI.
  • Deliver consistent profitability across multiple projects.

Leadership & Growth

  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Identify new markets, segments, and business opportunities.
  • Drive business expansion through strategic alliances, partnerships, and mandate acquisitions .
  • Actively contribute to company strategy and long-term growth planning .


Candidate Profile / Eligibility

  • Experience: 20+ years in real estate sales and operations
  • Exposure to developer projects and brokerage / IPC mandates
  • Proven P&L ownership, mandate acquisition, and business scaling
  • Strong developer relationships and broker network management
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate
  • Leadership experience managing sales teams, channel partners, and operations
