The Business Head – Manufacturing will lead end-to-end operations, business growth, and profitability of the zipper manufacturing division. This role is responsible for strategic planning, production efficiency, sales expansion, cost optimisation, and team leadership to scale the business sustainably.

Greenfield Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end setup of new manufacturing facility (land, layout, machinery, utilities, manpower)
• Plan plant capacity, workflow design, and production ramp-up
• Manage vendor selection, machinery installation, and commissioning
• Ensure on-time and within-budget project execution

Business Strategy & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute growth strategies for domestic and export markets
