This individual will oversee sales, client servicing, operations, and profitability for the vertical — ensuring seamless project delivery, strong client relationships, and continuous business growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on business leader with proven experience in the event industry, capable of managing multi-city teams, driving revenue targets, and maintaining the company's reputation for innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Business Leadership & P&L Management
● Lead the P&L ownership for the India events and experiential vertical.
● Develop and execute business plans aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
● Forecast, track, and analyze financial performance; ensure project-level profitability.
● Create systems for performance monitoring and cost optimization across projects.
