1)To ensure smooth working andmonitoringthe performance of all the departments.

2)Managing organization's stakeholders.

3)Self motivated, passionate, dynamic professional with rich experience in strategic marketing, spearheading Business Operations with focus on top line, profitability & restructuring business.

4)Analyzing the competition in the market.

5)Work closely with team members and top management to Explore new geographical areas andmarkets to promote the pharmaceuticals/ surgical brand and target customers.

6)Accountable for overall administration and staff planning.

7)Facilitate the process of successful new product / products launch in the territory by undertaking correct identification and targeting customers for the new product, meet them at pre determined intervals, effective in clinic / trade promotion and feed back to the company.

8)Ensure the achievement of the Annual Revenue Target.

9)Business development through strategizing, brand building & ensuring tight control over implementation

10)Establishing short / long-term budgets in tune with corporate strategies for achieving business targets.

11)Achievement of Targeted EBITDA.

12)Promoting brand Slaney.
