Roles and Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap to achieve revenue, margin, and expansion objectives.

Design a turnaround strategy to improve same-store sales growth and increase customer transactions.

Drive market expansion in Tier 2–6 cities through scalable, profitable store models.

Collaborate with leadership to align business strategy with organizational goals and vision

Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end retail operations for stores.

Implement standardized SOPs to drive consistency in store operations, service quality, and brand experience.

Monitor key business metrics — sales, margins, footfall, number of bills, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.

Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives using retail best practices.
