I . Key Responsibilities:

  •  Frequency of process
  • Onboarding & Induction For New Hire
  •  Travel advance recommendation and tracking
  •  Travel claim settlement
  •  Payroll Process 
  • Exit formality (off-boarding process)
  •  Employee Grievance/ compliance resolve
  •  Assist in Medical claim reimbursement process
  •  Maintain compliance part & provide required documents
  •  Assist in General administrative activity
  • II. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum Qualifications : 

    Any Graduate Specific experience 2 to 7 years of Experience in Field Sourcing / Compensation and Grievances / Mass Hiring / Payroll Management.

    Required Skills :  

  • Keep in touch with the vision compliance team and make sure all documents should aligned (PF,ESIC, PT,LWF & Labour Licences, statutory compliance return & dues submitted within timeline)
  •  With the Above document also need to take the Policy part (GMC, GPA & WC)
  •  Submit the documents whenever request is raised by the site/ Auditor
  •  As Per Schneider’s Client requirement provide undertaking/Authorisation letter for Site Gate pass and any other process.
  •  Voluntary support to the company day to day administrative activity.
  •  Any celebration or events organized by company due to assist in this
