I . Key Responsibilities:
Frequency of process Onboarding & Induction For New Hire Travel advance recommendation and tracking Travel claim settlement Payroll Process Exit formality (off-boarding process) Employee Grievance/ compliance resolve Assist in Medical claim reimbursement process Maintain compliance part & provide required documents Assist in General administrative activity II. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications :
Any Graduate Specific experience 2 to 7 years of Experience in Field Sourcing / Compensation and Grievances / Mass Hiring / Payroll Management.
Required Skills :
Keep in touch with the vision compliance team and make sure all documents should aligned (PF,ESIC, PT,LWF & Labour Licences, statutory compliance return & dues submitted within timeline) With the Above document also need to take the Policy part (GMC, GPA & WC) Submit the documents whenever request is raised by the site/ Auditor As Per Schneider’s Client requirement provide undertaking/Authorisation letter for Site Gate pass and any other process.
