To support this momentum, we are seeking a proven Business Implementation Manager to join our journey and help customers unlock the full potential of our technology. 

As a Business Implementation Manager, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of  customers (internal and external), ensuring a smooth transition into the Cargoo platform. You will act as the bridge between our product, operations, and customer teams, driving adoption, embedding best practices, and delivering measurable value for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, from initial scoping to go-live and post-launch support.
