What is this position about?
The Change Management team is responsible for the delivery of all client change activities on behalf of the Client Delivery team.
Contributes to building a strong client service culture for all change events.
Deepen relationships with all stakeholders and clients and proactively manage issues arising from requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
Work independently and leverage off of internal BNPP colleagues for support and expertise to drive change requests to successful GO-LIVE through effective change management process
Proactively promote the continuous improvement of Change Management documentation, procedures and systems.
