About the Opportunity
Supporting the Business Improvement and Reporting team by enabling insight-led decision-making and driving continuous improvement through a Lean approach, this role will connect core business systems with analytics and visualisation tools to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. Key responsibilities include managing business processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in systems such as ERP, and using data storytelling to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Analyse and manage business systems and processes to ensure they support, rather than constrain, organizational outcomes
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity and reliability of data across core systems, including ERP
  • Design, develop and automate Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver decision-ready insights
  • Perform complex data analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Connect operational, financial and business systems with analytics and visualization tools
  • Apply data storytelling principles to communicate insights, why they matter, and recommended actions
  • Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to understand needs and support continuous improvement
  • Support a Lean, insight-led approach to business improvement, safety and performance outcomes

  • About You
    To be successful in this role, you have:
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing core business systems, including ERP and operational/financial platforms, to enable insight-led decision-making
  • Ability to design, develop and automate Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, decision-ready insights
  • Advanced analytical skills using Power BI, Excel, SQL (preferred) and other visualisation tools to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience reviewing and improving business processes to ensure systems and processes support operational performance
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor insights accordingly
  • Strong organizational skills to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs
  • Commitment to a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset, including experience with Lean or similar methodologies
