Business Improvement Specialist

We currently have a permanent Business Improvement Specialist to join our Asset and Digital division. This role can be based anywhere within our operational footprint.

This role plays a critical role in leading transformational and continuous improvement initiatives across Asset & Operations. The Business Improvement Specialist will manage a portfolio of projects that enhance operational efficiency, embed innovative technologies, and support strategic planning aligned with Essential Energy's goals.

The successful candidate will apply proven process improvement methodologies, engage stakeholders, and deliver solutions that improve safety, performance, and business outcomes.
