Customer Experience Department provides excellent customer service and ensures that all customers have an outstanding experience with our company. We strive for continuous improvement in everything we do, whether it's improving processes or developing new solutions. As part of the Customer Experience team, you will be working closely with other teams such as Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless integration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis - Collecting and analyzing data from various sources using Excel reports templates.
  Creating detailed trend analysis reports based on insights gained during this process;


• Trend Report Preparation -Preparation of trend report submissions in Microsoft Office Excel (templates supplied).
