Customer Experience Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to fill the role of Senior Customer Experience (CX) Insights Specialist. In this full-time position, you will work closely with CX Operations teams to provide actionable insights from large datasets.

  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) that measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze complex datasets using Excel and other tools to gain valuable business insights.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets

  • A thorough understanding of data analysis concepts, methods, and tools

  • The ability to communicate technical information effectively in written reports or presentations
