Job Description

CTG is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for delivering high‑quality reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights that support operational, clinical, and financial decision‑making across the organization. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data governance groups to translate complex data into actionable intelligence. The analyst will leverage Epic Clarity, SAP BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, SQL, and Power BI to fulfill reporting needs and support project‑related analytics initiatives. Familiarity with Epic registration and revenue cycle tables is essential, and experience with Oracle/Cerner clinical data structures is preferred.
