Job Description

• Support project management activities.
• Provide business intelligence, data analytics, metrics, and reporting.
• Facilitate communications management.
• Leverage various data management tools and applications, including but not limited to MS Excel and Access.
• Support process design, development, improvement, and implementation/user adoption.
• Gather data and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements or cost savings
• Develop models for cost estimates and what-if analysis to support resource requirement decisions
• Review existing reports and metrics for automation and improvement as appropriate
• Translate policy and strategic initiatives into quantitative data analysis and investigative data research.
