Summary:
Responsible for turning raw data into critical information used for sound business decisions

Responsibilities:
  • Build out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metrics
  • Be the voice of your customers; communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the data
  • Turn over rocks to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomes
  • Acquire various data sources to enable holistic analysis at a global level
  • Build various data visualizations to tell the story and let the data speak for itself
  • Mentor junior engineers to drive them to think big and deliver results

    • Requirements:
  • + years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics role
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
