A respected Florida litigation firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment and values ownership, efficiency, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial and business disputes through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Handle matters involving contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, business torts, and related commercial litigation
• Develop litigation strategy, evaluate risk and exposure, and provide practical, business-oriented counsel to clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related materials with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to drive favorable and timely resolutions

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar member in good standing
• 2+ years of litigation experience in business or commercial litigation
• Experience managing cases from inception through resolution
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Working knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced litigation practice
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; case management software experience is a plus
