Business Management is responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the bank's mission and goals.
Work includes:
Delivering and improving the functions performed by the Business Management community Researching and analysing industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest Identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of discreet sub-units, be they products, desks, infrastructure or control areas of activity or a geographical region Developing complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects Utilising comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business Synthesizing and collating business insights for specific divisional stakeholders and supporting the improvement of policies, processes and procedures to deliver consistent and reliable products / services Engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best value for functions / units Building relationships with external points of contact (e.g. regulators, auditors, etc.) and industry bodies The Business Management Specialist focuses on building knowledge and experience across Business Management activities that includes direct costs management, headcount management, Project portfolio management etc. and provides analysis to support the Global business management team’s requests

Provide project management support for projects / programs at various levels of governance (Team meetings, Senior management updates, Town halls, Working groups) Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics Successful administration of project administration framework, from ordering to Invoice recons, detailed involvement in processes and tools Collation of status reporting, tracking of action items, preparation of minutes Budget Control and Reporting – on-going financials tracking and reporting / Project-wise spend / FTE tracking / Resource utilization and analysis as required Analyses YTD performance and develops target suggestions based on the business strategy Preparation of strategy focused presentation materials and documentation for Senior Level management on a regular basis Creates reports that provide insight about our performance in both financials and headcounts Provides the data needed for proper cost allocation, modeling Supplies key analysis for portions of the monthly MI Performs ad-hoc analysis for senior management Ensures compliance with relevant regulations as well as internal and external policies and procedures The business manager is in charge of the organization’s day-to-day operations. They manage employees, supervise work, and ensure the company policies are met. Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures Coordinating with Agile delivery heads, department heads, etc. to align goals, make improvements, and strategize Adhering to legal guidelines and local, state, and federal laws Building trust and long-term relationships with managers, executives, vendors, and clients Your skills and experience
Proven Business management experience and knowledge of Project Management Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is critical – Advanced PowerPoint skills preferred Reporting experience with BI tools ex. Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO etc would be a plus Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Business / COO / Finance teams) Demonstrated capability of problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with minimal supervision Ability to work in fast paced environment Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff Key Skills / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in finance or related discipline Experience
Workforce Mgmt, worked on any tool like Workday, Peoplesoft, Must have: Clarity PPM tool experience, Ariba/dbBuyer, knowledge of financials and accounting How we’ll support you
