Overview

All Plan Management is seeking a dedicated Business Manager to lead our team. This full-time role, with the opportunity to be based in Bundaberg or Brisbane, is responsible for growing and managing the delivery of high-quality NDIS Plan Management services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that participants receive the necessary support to navigate the NDIS system, optimise their funding, and achieve their individual goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Plan Management team, driving high-quality service delivery and team performance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of the team to ensure appropriate workforce capacity and productivity.
