Job Summary: As a Business Manager in Amoy Diagnostics, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various business functions to drive the company's success, focusing primarily on Mexico and neighbouring countries, as required. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, research and development, regulatory affairs, and finance, to achieve the company's strategic goals and objectives. The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and ensuring that it remains compliant with industry regulations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and industry-specific knowledge to succeed in a highly competitive and regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Explore and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, healthcare systems, and regulatory bodies to broaden commercial offerings. Formulate, devise, and execute country/region-specific business strategies together with local partners and/or distributors, and aligned with global and management objectives. Sales and Market Growth: Follow with our local partners and/or distributors the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high-quality customer service. Coordinate with sales and marketing company teams and local partners and/or distributors, to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, including product launches and promotional programs. Monitor sales performance metrics, track market share, and provide regular reporting and forecasts to senior management. Achieve assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. Market Analysis & Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the precision oncology industry. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, using insights to make informed business decisions. Collect, analyse, and escalate territory publications, market landscape, and competitor analysis. Customer and KOL Engagement: Identify, approach, and onboard, together with local partners and/or distributors, new customer segments, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical centres, labs, and hospitals. Build and maintain, together with local partners and/or distributors, strong, productive relationships with existing customers and KOLs, including healthcare providers, laboratories, and hospitals. Represent, together with local partners and/or distributors, AmoyDx at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to gather market intelligence and enhance company branding. Qualifications: Strong proficiency in English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in biology, oncology diagnostics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in oncology diagnostics industry with a direct selling experience in local hospitals Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics technology and targeted therapies, especially NGS and PCR.
