About the role

We're building and scaling an RPO business unit serving clients in the US + LatAm. This is not a traditional recruiting manager role. You will be the owner of the business unit—responsible for growth, delivery, client success, and profitability.

If you're an operator who can run a recruiting engine with SLAs, reporting, and strong execution discipline, and you want real ownership, this role is for you.

What you will own (Outcomes)

  • Grow the unit with predictable revenue (retainers/pods + hourly + success fees)
  • Launch and stabilize client accounts with clear SLAs and weekly reporting
  • Own unit economics: pricing, utilization, gross margin, forecasting
  • Build and lead a high-performance delivery team (recruiters/sourcers/coordinators)
  • Reduce churn through execution excellence and account expansion
