Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales personnel to join our dynamic and growing sales team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing existing Rayner business in the assigned territory. As a key representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth, supporting partners, and ensuring our innovative surgical solutions reach their full market potential. You shall be solely responsible for the territory's financial performance. This is a field-based role predominantly focused on driving activity with Surgeons/Consultants, Procurement, Business Managers, Pharmacists, Theatre staff and other key hospital personnel across all levels.
