Responsibilities

  • Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.
  • Helping the team in sales closures.
  • Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
  • Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
  • 2+ years experience in handling sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
