Business Operational Risk Analyst

Job Summary:

Ensure implementation of Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework across the Bank including subsidiaries. Support the Head of Business Operational Risk Department (BORD) to introduce and implement best practices on Operational Risk Management (ORM) through appropriate ORM tools thereby enabling the Bank to improve the risk and control awareness throughout the organization, minimize operational losses and increase profitability and shareholder value.

How will you contribute:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Operational Risks Management Framework (ORMF), policies and tools, ensuring that they are suitable for the business and the regulatory environment.
• Contribute improvement opportunities, and prepare recommendations to improve the ORM techniques, methodologies, processes and implementation strategies, where applicable.
