 who understands that great processes don't kill creativity—they fuel it. We need a hands-on problem solver to help us organize, scale, and professionalize our operations while keeping us fast and agile.

What you'll do:

• Design and optimize core business processes that work in practice
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end (system implementations, channel expansion, operational improvements)
• Take ownership of operational challenges with broad impact and drive solutions
• Define and track metrics and dashboards for decision-making
• Champion a Business Ops mindset: clear prioritization, execution focus, and proactive risk management
