Role Overview

The Business Operations & Analytics Associate is the backbone of Overmugged’s day-to-day operations. You will ensure smooth execution across classrooms, schedules, invoicing, centre management, and vendor coordination.

This role is data-driven : you will analyse internal data on students, tutors, schedules, and enrolment trends to optimise classroom planning, tutor deployment, and overall operational efficiency. This position suits someone who enjoys systems, structure, and translating data into actionable decisions .

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom & Scheduling: Manage classroom bookings, maintain schedules, coordinate rescheduling due to tutor availability, venue constraints, or holidays.
