We are looking for a Business Operations and HR Assistant to join our Operations department in Spain , focused primarily on the Cipherscale Line of business.

Important:

This is a permanent position for Spain that plays a key role in supporting both the HR and business operations functions of this new product line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR systems, onboarding/offboarding processes, and cross-functional operations within a fast-paced tech startup environment.
