About The Team

The Central Operations team works on driving day-to-day operations, process improvements, automation and reporting across all business lines at smallcase.

We collaborate closely with Product, Customer Experience (CX), Business, and Compliance teams by sharing relevant reports that capture on-ground issues and process gaps—helping drive informed decisions and continuous improvements across the board.

About The Role

As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in executing daily operations, identifying process gaps, and collaborating across teams to improve efficiency, support business growth, and contribute to product development from the ground up.
