About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – Business Operations to join our team at ValueFirst. The role involves managing the customer onboarding journey, ensuring smooth execution of communication campaigns across multiple channels, and maintaining operational excellence through data accuracy and timely reporting.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supporting new and existing customer onboarding across various communication channels at ValueFirst.
- Preparing weekly performance reports that track the end-to-end onboarding journey.
- Managing customer queries and providing prompt, effective solutions.
- Executing campaigns through channels like SMS, Voice, RCS, and WhatsApp.
- Creating and maintaining reports in Excel, sharing updates with clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Implementing and monitoring checks, controls, and alert mechanisms for offline processes.
