Role Overview
The Business Operations Associate will support day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth coordination across teams, and maintain accurate operational records. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Ed Tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update operational trackers, sheets, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with faculty members to schedule and manage classes, ensuring timely communication and execution.
Act as a liaison between departments to enable seamless inter-departmental collaboration and issue resolution.
Monitor operational metrics, identify improvement areas, and support process enhancements.
Assist in planning and execution of department meetings, including follow-ups and action tracking.
Support leadership by managing calendars, preparing reports, and organizing documents for review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership.
Language Requirement
Assamese-speaking candidates preferred (ability to communicate fluently in Assamese will be an added advantage).
Preferred Skills
Experience in an educational or Ed Tech organization.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
