We help organizations reduce technology adoption costs by efficiently implementing and integrating modern technologies. Our expertise lies in Integration, Implementation, and Training for Freshworks, Zoho, and Zendesk products. Additionally, we develop custom applications to seamlessly connect and enhance your existing tech stack with these platforms.

💰 CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
This is not a fresher role. We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience who can move fast, think clearly, and take ownership without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
High Level Day-to-Day Role:
You will operate at the intersection of the CEO’s office, business follow-ups, early-stage sales and marketing execution, and internal coordination. The role requires strong judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to turn intent into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO on day-to-day priorities and follow-ups
- Track, manage, and close action items from meetings and discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Support early marketing and sales groundwork as needed
- Manage calendars, priorities, and dependencies proactively
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and pending tasks before they escalate
- Act as a connective layer between strategy and execution
Core Skills and Capabilites:
- Ability to comprehend context quickly
- Accurately paraphrase and confirm understanding
- Ask clarifying questions when required
- Act on intent, not just written or verbal instructions
- Understand meetings without detailed briefings
- Capture decisions and action items intuitively
- Follow up on deliverables independently
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- Manage your own work and support the CEO’s priorities
- Proactively remind, nudge, and course-correct when needed
- Operate effectively without micromanagement
Bonus/Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to marketing or sales activities
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, or fast-growing environments
- Comfort working in ambiguous or evolving situations
