About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – Business Operations to join our team at ValueFirst . The role involves managing the customer onboarding journey, ensuring smooth execution of communication campaigns across multiple channels, and maintaining operational excellence through data accuracy and timely reporting.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting new and existing customer onboarding across various communication channels at ValueFirst.
  • Preparing weekly performance reports that track the end-to-end onboarding journey.
  • Managing customer queries and providing prompt, effective solutions.
  • Executing campaigns through channels like SMS, Voice, RCS, and WhatsApp .
  • Creating and maintaining reports in Excel , sharing updates with clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Implementing and monitoring checks, controls, and alert mechanisms for offline processes.
  • Understanding and applying SMSC, UCC compliance , and OTT platform processes (WhatsApp, RCS, Truecaller).
  • Evaluating new customer details shared by the Sales team and conducting due diligence before account creation in internal systems.


What You’d Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar operations or client servicing role.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Strong Excel skills and a data-driven approach to reporting and process tracking.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution across digital communication channels.
  • Good understanding of compliance norms and platform-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
