Executive Assistant to India & GCC Head- Sales
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune
Experience
4–5 years as Executive Assistant / Business Coordinator / Chief of Staff–lite role supporting senior leadership.
Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support the India & GCC Head. This role goes beyond calendar management — it requires ownership of priorities, strong stakeholder management, confidentiality, and the ability to operate smoothly across India and GCC business rhythms. You will act as a trusted partner to the Head, ensuring day-to-day operations, communication, and execution run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars across India and GCC time zones, ensuring alignment with business priorities along with managing stakeholders globally
- Plan, coordinate, and confirm internal/external meetings;
prepare agendas and follow-ups. - Handle travel planning and logistics (flights, hotels, visas, local transport), including last-minute changes.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and filing for quick retrieval.
- Act as point-of-contact for the Head, screening and prioritizing requests.
2. Business Coordination & Execution
- Track key deliverables, projects, and action items for India & GCC teams;
ensure timely closure. - Create structured follow-up systems for meeting outputs and leadership decisions.
- Support cadence planning: weekly reviews, monthly business updates, quarterly planning, etc.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between regional teams, central teams, and external partners.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Draft and polish business emails, presentations, and updates on behalf of the Head.
- Ensure smooth communication with senior leaders, partners, and clients.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams across India and GCC.
- Keep the Head well-briefed with daily/weekly summaries, reminders, and priority alerts.
4. Events & Leadership Support
- Organize leadership visits, townhalls, strategic offsites, and partner meetings.
- Coordinate regional events and ensure end-to-end execution.
- Support special initiatives as assigned (market expansion prep, leadership reporting, etc.).
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
- Maintain professionalism, calmness, and good judgment in high-pressure situations.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP/Director/Regional Head level).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience working with cross-region / cross-time-zone teams (GCC exposure is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
